In-house
We offer a variety of options that are homemade, in-house. Marinated chicken breasts and steak tips – to satisfy every flavor pallet. All of our sausages are made on premises with freshly ground chicken and pork.
Sausages are available in a variety of flavors, from seasonal (try the very popular Summer Sausage!) and popular standbys like hot, sweet and chorizo. Ground beef is ground fresh, daily. In addition, we love to create specialty items for you – turducken, porketta, house smoked bacon, just to name a few.
Food Allergies
It is important to us our products are accessible to people with food allergies. Melinda has been living with Celiac for well over a decade so providing options to the gluten free community is a strong focus. While we are not a gluten free establishment (we do work with some gluten ingredients) we work hard at making as many of our offerings as possible without gluten ingredients.
