The idea for The Corner Butcher Shop was born out of Frank’s lifelong fascination with the culinary arts and old-world hospitality, combined with Melinda’s interests in health, wellness and small business. As a husband and wife team we combined our interests to create The Corner Butcher Shop. Our goal is to provide the North Shore with a neighborhood butcher shop – reminiscent of old world charm and small town hospitality.
We are focused on providing you with premium, all natural meat, local products and outstanding customer service.
It is of the utmost importance to us that we sell products that are of the quality we would feed our family.
Our Team
As a small, family owned business – our team is very important to us! We have a great team of experienced butchers – who love what they do. Everyone cares about the quality of our of product and the satisfaction of our customers every bit as much as Frank and Melinda do. We couldn’t run a successful business without them – and in many ways they are the reason we can be successful.
Our hardworking team is an extension of our family, just as our customers are.
Premium & All-Natural
We offer a premium meats and a selection of all-natural, not exposed to hormones or antibiotics meats. We offer grass-fed as well as grass fed and grain finished red meat, cage free chicken, and organic pork. We will only source from companies with strict animal welfare standards. You deserve to know where your food comes from – being a small business, we can tell you where it was sourced, when it was cut, and the best way to cook and serve it to your family.
In addition to our premium meat selection, we strive to offer a wide selection of local products. When you visit our us you will find local honey, locally made BBQ Sauces, small batch hot sauces, jams, salsas and marinades, local dairy and more.
